I’m just a fellow foodie working her way through the culinary sphere. I’m also a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (MPP-D, RDN, LD – It took 7 1/2 years of work to get those letters behind my name!), and I want to share my love of food with all of you!
Food has always been a passion in my life, and growing up in an Italian American family made my passion that much stronger. My greatest memories are cooking with my grandmother and aunt and making homemade pasta and raviolis for Easter and Christmas.
