I’m just a fellow foodie working her way through the culinary sphere. I’m also a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN, LD – It took 6 years of work to get those letters behind my name!), so I try to make shifts to healthier options along the way.
Food has always been a passion in my life, and growing up in an Italian American family made my passion that much stronger.
